"Everything was great. Coffee, food, ambience. Also a special mention to the woman with the red hair who served us. (Working at around 1pm on Monday, 1st September at Bristol Costa, Whiteladies road). Super helpful and friendly. Customer service at its best."

"There is inside seating but the outside seats are a great place to watch everyone going by. The coffee is OK and the cakes are hard to resist!"

"Nice spot to watch the world go by. Clean, tidy and polite, professional staff. Coffee no different than others Costa's. All drinks served in disposable cups as dishwasher broken (or they didn't want to wash up). Mind you, Nero, Coffee #1 and Starbucks are all within sight."

"Staff were great, I think they were called Jon and Will - always so polite. Only downside was how hot it was in there jeez! Even with the door open I had to leave instead of enjoying myself in Will and Jon’s company (and maybe buying a second coffee)."
